A Letter from our President
2011 Year in Review... Plus 2012 Exclusive Offer
It is rare that I get a chance to speak to all of our customers,
current and prospective, partners and employees at one time, so I
hope you take a moment to read this overview of Ozone International
and our WhiteWater technology.
Firstly, I want to thank all of our customers for a fantastic year
which saw our WhiteWater technology adoption climb to an all-time
high. After 9 years in business, Ozone International has expanded
our food processing customer base to almost 200 WhiteWater users in
10 countries. Our nationwide field service infrastructure and new
internet monitoring program allows us to responsively serve our
customers using our own factory service trucks and trained
technicians. You won’t find a more dedicated and diligent service
team in the food processing industry.
Over the past few years we have witnessed a dramatic transformation
in the Ozone International business model from primarily capital
equipment sales to full service operating leases. We decided to do
this for a variety of reasons, the main one being long term customer
satisfaction and our desire to eliminate the hurdles for our
customers to adopt our WhiteWater Technology. Our full service
“WhiteWater Solutions” business model has reinforced our long term
commitment to our customers and our own commitment to being a true
solutions provider and not just an equipment supplier.
SEASONALITY
Over the years, many of the market segments we serve have
demonstrated a strong element of seasonality to their adoption and
utilization of our WhiteWater Technology. It seems that every year,
February through the end of October is extremely busy for our
manufacturing, installations, training and field service teams. Many
of you have seasonality to your businesses. That being the case, we
all search for ways to spread out demand throughout the calendar
year to better serve our customers as efficiently and effectively as
possible. Unfortunately, we cannot control the needs for
installations, training and service as those tend to coincide
directly with the seasonality of your processing year.
To better serve our customer needs and timelines in manufacturing
schedules I propose a solution that works for everyone. The details
of this solution are outlined below.
OI PRICING AND SALES OFFER (SAVE UP TO 20% ON 2012 WHITEWATER

Throughout 2011,Ozone International has experienced and absorbed
steady increases in vendor pricing coupled with defined peak periods
where OI resources are pushed to the limit. This results in longer
lead times, higher manufacturing costs and higher prices being
passed on to the customer. In an effort to deliver the maximum value
to our customer base and to “smooth out” the peaks and valleys of
our year, Ozone International is offering a “No-Money Down Ozone
Price Freeze Plan.”
Here is how it works:
- OI will honor all existing 2011 proposals for any orders
placed in 2011 regardless of the 2012 delivery date.
- Order before the end of 2011, no money down and estimate the
month for 2012 delivery.
- OI will honor existing pricing and guarantee delivery .
- All you have to do is notify your sales representative and
they will work with you on the details.
THE FUTURE
Ozone International continues to grow because we provide an
excellent value to our customers and we operate by one simple
philosophy which is that “We do what we say.” The future of the
growth at Ozone International is limitless if we adhere to that
principle every day. We are looking forward enthusiastically for the
food industry to join us in our continued quest to improve food
safety, food quality and reduce chemical usage in food processing.
